Ringing in 2025 with ACCEPTANCES!
Happy New Year, everyone!
We’re kicking off 2025 with some incredible news: three of our amazing students in the Class of '25 have officially committed to their dream schools - MIT, Duke, and the University of Richmond!
While many schools have yet to release their ED/EA acceptance statistics for this year, we want to to highlight Duke's ED acceptance rate of 12.8% - the lowest in the University’s history.
This trio of acceptances showcases just how our program, coupled with our student's hard work leads to college admissions success!
The college admissions landscape continues to evolve in unforeseen ways, like the Supreme Court’s 2023 ruling on race-conscious admissions and the increased spotlight on legacy considerations. These shifts haven’t dampened our students’ drive or success. Our seniors have demonstrated that determination, thoughtful application strategies, and genuine passion can open doors at the most prestigious universities.
We can’t wait to see what awaits all of our future college students in the year ahead. To those beginning the final stretch of high school and preparing for your own application journeys 0 stay focused on your goals, and remember that every step of this process is worth it.
We look forward to sharing even more acceptance news in the coming months. Cheers to a bright and successful 2025!
Warm wishes,
Melina and the CC.us Team
P.S. - Have a high-performing high schooler w/ a 3.7 GPA or higher? We'll help get them into at least one of their top 5 dream colleges...and if we don't get them into at least one of their top 5 dream colleges, you don't pay us a penny. Seriously. College admissions isn't rocket science...but it is a science. And we've cracked the code...year, after year, after year. You can learn more about our world renowned all-inclusive, start-to-finish college coaching here and to see if your family qualifies for an introductory call.
P.P.S - Our most common question is "When should we start?!" The answer is, if you truly care about giving your high schooler the best chance of college planning success, you should start NOW. 9th grade is not too early to start! 10th grade is certainly not too early to start! And 11th grade is far, far too late! (supporting data here to show just how much of an advantage you give your child by starting the process early).
