Podcasts are all the rage right now, and rightfully so. They let us do what I like to call "habit-stacking" - Clean your room/take a cold shower/run an errand/take a walk…AND listen to a podcast!

They are an easy way to digest information while multitasking. You might not have time to read that book, but I know you can find time to listen to a podcast!
