What Actually Happens in our Program – A Real 1:1 Call, Coach & Student

Originally published: May 2023

All parents and students in our 4 Year, Start-to-Finish, All-Inclusive Confidence Program receive unlimited access to Zoom one-on-ones with their college coach & accountability mentor. That’s right -
unlimitedThese one-on-ones are split up into two types:

  1. Mandatory Accountability Sessions (quarterly or monthly depending on the time of year & age of student) to ensure a student is motivated, on pace, and receiving answers to their questions in a timely manner.  These mandatory sessions are pre-scheduled at the start of the program and we hold students to them!

  2. Unlimited Optional Supplementary Sessions - Still have 7 days before your next call and have a question you must have answered now? Book a call! We’re here for you.

We think a common misconception is that these calls are all business and too serious about college admissions.

In reality, that could not be further from the truth. Our mission is to make the college application process as fun as possible for our students…while also providing exceptional, real, factual college insights. So when someone books a call, although we will obviously help them with whatever issue they're stuck on, we put their enjoyment above all else. We want to do our best to make the calls fun and interactive, so we don’t lecture; we hear the students out and often encourage them to take the discussion lead. It’s amazing to see the transformation students make when they actually look forward to attending these calls and take true ownership of their own college planning process! That is when real, impressive, life-changing progress is made!

Here’s a peak behind the curtain, showing you exactly what one of these calls is like.  Enjoy this one on one call between
Piotr, our Head of College Coaching, and a current junior in our program, Charlie (with timestamps so you can scroll around if you’d like!):

To your college planning success,

P.S. - Have a high-performing high schooler w/ a 3.7 GPA or higher? We'll help get them into at least one of their top 5 dream colleges...and if we don't get them into at least one of their top 5 dream colleges, you don't pay us a penny.  Seriously.  College admissions isn't rocket science...but it is a science.  And we've cracked the code...year, after year, after year.  You can learn more about our world renowned all-inclusive, start-to-finish college coaching here and to see if your family qualifies for an introductory call.

P.P.S - Our most common question is "When should we start?!"  The answer is, if you truly care about giving your high schooler the best chance of college planning success, you should start NOW. 9th grade is not too early to start! 10th grade is certainly not too early to start! And 11th grade is far, far too late! (supporting data here to show just how much of an advantage you give your child by starting the process early).
