A College Planning Case Study: From ‘Uncertain’ to ‘Supported, Encouraged, Accomplished’ in 7 Days

Meet The Bisbe Family

Around a year ago, Marissa, a mother of a sophomore, booked a call with me in search of admissions support for their family. Similar to most families who schedule a call with me, they were slightly worried about navigating the confusing process and just wanted a stress-free journey for everyone involved.

If a family approaches me today with the same worry, I first direct them to our College Confidence Community. In that community, there are families all looking to support each other and several videos from various sections of our actual College Confidence Roadmap meant to make college admissions easy. Make sure to check it out.

But since our community wasn’t a thing then, I got them started right away and recommended that they join our College Confidence Program.

Since most families are in a similar situation to the Bisbes, I figured I’d break down their situation to highlight exactly what our program does for students.

Who: Marissa, and her daughter, Talia

Goal: Stress-Free College Admissions Journey

Solution: Join the CC.us College Confidence Program

-

Did it work? Well, let’s look at what Marissa said right after signing up for our program:

I almost couldn’t have summed up our goal here at CC.us any better. It’s exactly what she said: we seek to encourage, support, excite, and relieve families while filling them with optimism.

Let’s see if Talia felt the same. Here’s what she said after completing Section 1 of the Roadmap:

Love the excitement. College admissions should be exciting for all. Here’s what Talia said after Section 2:

Yes. Let’s go. Confident in her standardized testing abilities as well! And finally, here’s what she said after Section 3:

Perfect. That’s exactly where we want our students to be after the first 3 sections: accomplished and excited for the future. Unlike some of the recent testimonials, Talia is still a student in our program and not yet graduated, so I’m excited for her future and where her hard work will take her!

Are you interested in, like Talia, feeling accomplished and prepared for college admissions? If so, after checking out the free College Confidence Community, schedule a free 45-minute call with me so we can hash out your admissions hurdles. If the call goes well, and you seem like a fit for the program, we can discuss that possibility too.

Great job, Talia!

Jack
